The Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (HdBA) is a state-recognized university of applied sciences, accredited by the German Science Council. Established in 2006 by the Federal Employment Agency (BA), the HdBA offers dual bachelor's degree programs in 'Arbeitsmarktmanagement' (Labor Market Management) and 'Beratung für Bildung, Beruf und Beschäftigung' (Counseling for Education, Career, and Employment) at its campuses in Mannheim and Schwerin.
